Available data copies

You can review a list of data copies in Data Resiliency Service from the Available copies page. The available data copies are listed by name, latest copy date, data resource type, frequency, data source type, data source, policy, copy type, and amount of copies.

To review available copies, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to IBM Storage Defender.
2. Click Data Resiliency tile on the IBM Storage Defender dashboard.
3. Navigate to Data resources on the side panel.
4. Click the Available data copies tab.
5. On the Available data copies list, scroll to the resource of interest.
6. You can use the search option to reduce the list to a specific group of resources by entering a resource name or partial resource name in the search field.
7. Alternatively, you can filter the resource list based on copy type, frequency or frequency operator.
   1. Click filter icon.
   2. Choose to filter the result by copy type, frequency or frequency operator by selecting or providing appropriate values.

   3. Click Done to apply the search.
