Data Resiliency dashboard

The Data Resiliency dashboard provides a high-level overview of existing connection managers, recovery groups, governance profiles, recovery postures, and user actions. To access the dashboard, click the Data Resiliency tile on IBM Storage Defender.

Resiliency monitoring: The Resiliency monitoring table lists the existing number of connection managers, names, current states, assigned recovery groups, active threats, and locations. You can edit the location of a connection manager by clicking the edit icon. Click View all to see all the connection managers on the Connection managers page.

Actions: The Actions panel displays the actions that require your attention for detected threats, issues, or other general activities. You can click the type of action to view the details on the Actions panel or View all to see all possible actions on the Actions page.

Recovery groups: The Recovery groups tile provides an interactive visual representation of the total number of recovery groups and their status. You can hover over the chart to view the number of recovery groups with respective status. You can click a status or click View all to view the details under the Recovery groups page.

Governance profiles: The Governance profiles tile provides an interactive visual representation of the total number of governance profiles and their status. You can hover over the chart to view the number of governance profiles with respective status. You can click a status or click View all to view the details under the Profiles page.

Recovery posture

The Recovery posture tile displays a graphical representation between primary and secondary type of storage and copy frequency in hours. You can hover over the graph to view the details for primary or secondary storage at a specific copy frequency. You can click the displayed circles on the graph or click View all to view the details of the available copies on the Resources page.

On Recovery posture tile, you can

change the display type
change the size
download the information in CSV, PNG, or JPG formats by clicking the overflow menu.

For Recovery groups and Governance profiles, you can click the Overflow menu to display options to change the display type, size, and download the information in CSV, PNG, or JPG formats.

On the menu bar, you can click the following:

Manage access: You can manage the users and user roles from Manage access. For more information, see Access management
Audit log icon: You can download the audit log for all the IBM Storage Defender Data Resiliency Service operations. For more information, see Audit log.
Question mark icon: You can navigate to the IBM Storage Defender documentation to access the about information, support information, and the latest release notes.
Notification icon: You can review the IBM Storage Defender notifications from your dashboard. For more information, see Review notification.
User profile icon: You can navigate to your profile and manage your profile related activities. For more information, see Viewing and editing the user profile.
