iDRAC access
IBM Support may instruct you to log into the server management interface (iDRAC) and download logs.
Downloading logs
- From your browser type in the IP address for the iDRAC on your TapeCloud Node. You can use the
default username (
root) and password (calvin) to login.Figure 1. iDRAC login screen 
- Click on from the
menu option.

- Click on the tab.

options and then click
Collect.Note: Ensure that the radio button is selected.

- When the progress bar reaches 100% the you will see the green message bar indicating that the
log collection is complete.

- Attach the downloaded zip file to any support case you have opened.
