iDRAC access
IBM Support may instruct you to log into the server management interface (iDRAC) and download logs.
Downloading logs
- From your browser type in the IP address for the iDRAC on your TapeCloud Node. You can use the
default username (
root
) and password (calvin

menu option. - Click on the

Collect. - When the progress bar reaches 100% the you will see the green message bar indicating that the
log collection is complete.
