Create an account root user

Use the radosgw-admin user create command to create an IAM user.

You MUST specify a user ID and a display name. You may also specify an email address. A root user is a privileged IAM user that has full access to the account, and can perform all operations, including managing other users.

radosgw-admin user create --uid={userid} --display-name={name} --account-id={accountid} --account-root --gen-secret --gen-access-key

radosgw-admin user create --uid=rootuser1 --display-name="Root User One" --account-id=account123 --account-root --gen-secret --gen-access-key
