Editing user capabilities

Edit the roles of users or clients on the dashboard.

Before you begin

Before you begin, make sure that you have the following prerequisites in place:

  • A running IBM Storage Ceph cluster.

  • Dashboard is installed.

  • Admin-level access to the dashboard.

Procedure

  1. From the dashboard navigation, go to Administration > Ceph Users.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Fill in the Edit User form.
    1. Edit the entity and entity capabilities.
    Note: You can add more entities to the user based on the requirement.
  4. Click Edit User.
    A notification displays that the user is edited successfully.
