    Check the drive firmware and upgrade to the latest if it is older than B170. If the problem remains on the latest drive firmware, try to mount the medium on another available tape drive. If the problem is not solved, mount the medium using the single drive edition 'ltfs' command with the '-o force_mount_no_eod' option and back up all data to another medium.
