Avoid overlapping Storage Archive policy rules

How to avoid migration failures during your IBM Storage Archive Enterprise Edition system operations by having only non-overlapping Storage Archive policy rules in place.

When a file is migrated to a storage pool and is in the migrated state, it cannot be migrated to other tape storage pools (unless it is recalled with the --resident option). It is recommended that you do not use overlapping Storage Archive policy rules within different Storage Archive policy files that might select the same files for migration to different tape storage pools. If a file is already migrated, a later migration would fail. The migration result for any file that is already in the migrated state is too small to qualify for migration.
