            The startup of the failed component is retried automatically. If the failure is due to a temporary issue or a timing issue, the component is restarted. If the reason for the failure is a persistent system failure (such as a disconnected network or a GPFS failure), IBM Storage Archive tries to make the service available as much as possible. However, it is strongly recommended that you fix those issues.
