Working with versions

Functions such as viewing, selecting, copying, and setting default versions are consistent for various tasks and resources.

Common UI functions such as deleting a version and filtering a version list are also available.

Restriction: Versions are not available for control numbers.
About default versions: The default version of a resource is used at run time. The most recent version of a resource is the default, with the following exceptions:
  • When the default is reset manually
  • When the Resource Manager Import function is used and the Keep default version option is selected
