Viewing reconciliation reports for documents that are processed in SPE

Reconciliation reports are generated for documents that are processed in SPE. These reconciliation reports can be viewed as status reports in Sterling B2B Integrator.

When a document is sent to SPE and processed, one or more acknowledgements (997 or 999 messages) are generated. For each acknowledgment that is processed, a reconciliation report is generated and added to process data.

Integration note: When the processing is done in SPE, reconciliation reports that are generated from document acknowledgements are viewed as status reports. Reconciliation reports that originate from the acknowledgements in Sterling B2B Integrator are usually configured to be viewed in the Correlation viewer.
  1. From the Sterling B2B Integrator Admin Console, select Business Processes > Monitor > Current Processes on the Administration menu and click the business process that you want to view.
  2. On the Business Process Detail page, locate the step for which you want to see a reconciliation report. Click the info icon in the Status Report column.

A Multiple Documents page is displayed, listing the processed documents in the selected step of the business process. Reconciliation reports are titled RECONCILE-CONTRL-REPORT-(Process Data).

  3. Click the reconciliation report link that you want to view.

The reconciliation report is displayed under Document in process data, listing acknowledgement information for the Interchange, Group, and Message levels. The report includes SenderID, ReceiverID, ControlNumber, State (Interchange level only), Status (Group and Message levels), and Message Type (Message level only).
