spesetup

The spesetup command (Linux and UNIX™ platforms only) sets the environment variables for SPE and establishes an SPE session. It is the functional equivalent of starting an SPE console window session on Windows™.

To run the spesetup command (/spe_install_dir/bin/spesetup.sh) in the current shell, specify a dot operator before the command. For example:

 . ./spesetup.sh
