Prerequisites for running the utility

Ensure that you meet the following prerequisites before you run the utility:
  • Administrator privileges: You must have administrator privileges. Open the command prompt by using the Run as administrator option.
  • Correct directory: You must run the utility from the correct directory. Go to the DesignServer directory inside the ITX installation root. For example, C:\IBM\TransformationExtender_<version>\DesignServer
  • MongoDB database: The MongoDB database must be running. The script checks the MongoDB availability and fails if the database is not started.
  • One username per run: The utility accepts only one argument, which is the username of the account to be created.
