Test with head.002.001.01 schema

For testing with head.002.001.01 schema, complete the following steps:

1. Replace input card 1 in router map, t2se9600_val (under t2_sec_schema_validation_frmwrk_map_xsd.mms file) with desired input file.
2. Run the main router map, t2se9600_val.
   You will see the output file in the data folder called t2pyld_error_report.xml.
