Interoperability Test Service
To test a map on a WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliance, you must configure the connectivity settings for the Interoperability Test Service in the Map Designer.
The host name or IP address, and a port number for the DataPower appliance are required. The connection is established using HTTP or HTTPS.
Under Connectivity, to enter values in the fields and the required options for the Interoperability Test Service, click the Interoperability Test Service tab.

- Port
- The port information of the Interoperability Test Service on the DataPower appliance.
- Secure Transport
- Establish a secure connection using HTTPS to the Interoperability Test Service.

- Save a copy of the request message (map_name_Request.msg) in the map directory.

- Save a copy of the response message (map_name_Response.msg) in the map directory.

- Generate the DataPower session log ( map_name.dpl) file in the map directory.
