Adding a subfolder

To add a subfolder to a main folder

Procedure

  1. From the Tools menu, select Folder Utilities.

    The Folder Utilities window opens.

  2. Select a folder.
  3. Click Add Sub Folder.

    The Folder Maintenance dialog box opens.

  4. Enter a name in the Folder Name field.
    Note: The name can be a maximum of 32 characters.
  5. Click Save.

    The new subfolder appears in the Folder Utilities list and the Address Book navigator.
