FileDirectory
The FileDirectory element is required if the FileOutput element is specified.
When you use file output, this directory, and the following sub-directories, must be created
before the compliance check maps are run. Otherwise, the file adapter fails when it attempts to
write the output files.

Note: The default directories are included with the pack compliance check installation. You
can copy this directory structure to your output location.
Note: Eclipse does not copy empty
folders when you import a project.
