Managing certificates

You can manage certificates using the Design Studio. WebSphere adapters support certificates that are in Distinguished Encoding Rules (DER) format.

Any Privacy Enhanced Mail Certificate (PEM) files must be converted to DER format. You can do this using a utility such as OpenSSL.

Use the certificate management options that are available in the Design Studio to add, create, update, and delete certificates. You can also view a list of certificates in the JRE certificate store and display the contents of each.
