Text item subclass properties

Text item subclass properties can be interpreted with a Character or Binary value. Depending on the value, character or binary, the following are text item subclass properties:

• Interpret as Binary or Interpret as Character
• "Size (content)"
• "Pad"
• "Restrictions"
• "National language"
