Renaming a map

About this task

Map source files and maps within a map source file can be renamed.

To rename a map:

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following map selection options:
    1. To rename a map source file, double-click the map in the Extender Navigator view to place the focus on it.
    2. To rename a map within a map source file, select the map in the Outline view.
  2. On the Map menu, click Rename.
  3. In the Rename Map window, enter the new name in the Map Name field.
  4. Click OK.
