Deprecation

In the next major release of the ITX Runtime Server, we will replace itx-rs endpoints with tx-rest endpoints. We have deprecated the itx-rs endpoints and they will be removed in the next major release. This change aimed to enhance alignment and to ensure that Runtime REST API invocations are consistent for both on-premises and container variants of the ITX Runtime Server.
