Map Profiler output

The profiler can capture the following statistics:

• Amount of time spent processing component and mapping rules and subordinate functions.
• Number of times rules and functions are executed (from validation through output).
• Number of times type objects are accessed.
• Depth (nesting level) of the object being profiled.
