Pass-through maps

Also known as validation maps, pass-through maps validate data definitions by using the same schema for the input cards as the output cards.

Pass-through maps have self-describing names with _pass_through following the name of the data format. The executable map name is the same as the map source file name. By default, an execution summary audit log named <executable-map-name>.log is created in the map directory when the pass-through map is executed.
