Generate Map option

Use the Generate Map option to generate a new map or add input and output cards to an existing map, from a type in a type tree.

When you run this option with the New Map option selected, the process automatically generates a map without you having to manually create the map. It provides you with a simple map that you can use to test a specific function, or use as a starting point to create a more complex map.

When you run this option with the Existing Map option selected, the process adds input and output cards to an existing executable map.
