Setting up the BRMS plug-in
You can work with the IBM® Backup,
Recovery and Media Services for i plug-in on the IBM Navigator
for i after you have
installed BRMS on your system.
A plug-in is a program that is created
separately from the IBM Navigator
for i,
but, when installed, it looks and behaves like the rest of the functions
in the interface.
The BRMS plug-in is automatically installed when
the IBM Backup,
Recovery and Media Services for i product
is installed. After installing the BRMS product or a BRMS PTF, you
should restart the TCP/IP HTTP servers with the following commands: ENDTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(*ADMIN)
