Locale and Codepage Support

The filter is designed to only support Bidi locales. This includes Arabic and Hebrew locales with their corresponding code pages. Refer to Table 3 (Arabic languages) and Table 20 (Greek Language) available in Appendix A of the Globalization Guide and Reference for AIX locale information. Refer to Known limitations of escape sequence and PCL support for issues regarding locale support.
