Sterling Store Engagement provides multiple features to manage store operations effectively.

Use Google Chrome to access the Sterling Store Engagement UI.

Launch the Sterling Store Engagement UI by entering the appropriate URL in your web browser. For example,

http://<IP_ADDRESS>:<PORT>/isf/store/index.html

An enterprise user can Log in to a specific store by passing the StoreId as a query parameter in the following URL format:

 http://<IP_ADDRESS>:<PORT>/isf/store/index.html?StoreId=<STORE_ID>
