App Host network configuration

The system that hosts the App Hosts requires access to services on the internet and access to the SOAR Platform.

Work with your network administrators to ensure that the system has access to the following URLs to support the corresponding services described. Note that some URLs might resolve to sub domains not listed here and that are administered by Docker or Quay.

URL Purpose
quay.io
cdn.quay.io
cdn01.quay.io
cdn02.quay.io
cdn03.quay.io
Accesses the IBM® official repository. If you are not using a private repository, the Quay repository must be accessible when an app is deployed or restarted.
docker.com Accesses default k3s Kubernetes containers. The container must be accessible when the App Host software is installed or updated.
docker.io Accesses default k3s Kubernetes containers. The container must be accessible when the App Host software is installed or updated.
ntp:ntp.org (UDP port 123)

Accesses network time synchronization. If you decide not to use NTP, ensure that the time is synchronized across the App Host and the SOAR Platform using an alternative solution.
