Installing and setting up DR

Before you can enable the Disaster Recovery system, you must first install and then set up the DR components.

Important: Make sure that you have verified the prerequisites before you begin the installation and setup. The prerequisites are described in SOAR disaster recovery prerequisites.

Important: After you have installed and set up DR, do not add or remove any content from the following directories:

/crypt/attachments
/crypt/certs
/crypt/keyvault
/crypt/license
/etc/elasticsearch
/usr/share/co3/conf

These directories are replaced with the shadow directory contents as part of the DR process, so any changes are replaced with the content from the shadow directory on the receiver appliance.
