Adding MSSP users to an organization
To assign an MSSP user to an organization, you can edit the user in the Users tab in the configuration organization.
About this task
Procedure
- In the configuration organization, select Administrator Settings > Users.
- Select the user that you want to edit and scroll to the bottom the page to see the user's details.
- Click Edit.
- In the Organizations field, click in any blank space to see a list
of organizations. Alternately, you can remove the user from an organization by clicking the x in that organization box.
- Click the organization or organizations for which you want to grant the user access.
- Click Save.
Reassigning open incidents and tasks
You can reassign a user's open MSSP incidents and tasks to another user. All of the user's open incidents and tasks are reassigned.

Reassign open incidents and tasks from the configuration organization. When you reassign, all of the user's incidents and tasks across all organizations are reassigned.
