Updating the certificate

For each app, you need to update or replace the certificate file.

You can update the certificate by following the directions in Creating and submitting the certificate request and Importing the signed certificate. If you are using App Hosts, you must update the certificate in the App Host system, and you must update the certificate for each app.

For App Hosts, you can renew the App Host pairing, or, at the App Host system, you can run the manageAppHost certificate command and accept the new certificate. See Create an App Host pairing for details.

For each app, you need to update or replace the certificate file. If you are updating the file, open the current cert.ca file and paste the new certificate between ----BEGIN CERTIFICATE---- to ----END CERTIFICATE----, replacing the existing certificate. You can find the app's certificate file by logging in to the SOAR Platform, opening Administrator Settings then clicking the Apps tab. See Configuring an app for details.
