The privacy solution is reviewed for each IBM Security QRadar SOAR Platform release. Review the privacy updates that were made in 51.0.6.1.

Monaco | Requirements and Timing: The Monaco Law No.1.565 relating to the protection of
personal data established rules relating to the protection of natural persons regarding the
processing of personal data. In the case of a personal data breach, the data controller must notify
affected individuals without undue delay and the Monaco Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP)
within 72 hours after the discovery of the breach. The new regulator includes the following

Quebec | Requirements and Timing:
The Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information
(Law 25) requires organizations to make data breach notifications to Le Commission d’accès à
l’information du Quebec and to affected individuals as soon as possible. A breach notification will
be required when the unauthorized access of personal information is likely to cause a "risk of
serious injury" to the individual. The new regulator includes the following tasks:
