DC | Added the link to the Guidance of DC Attorney General in the Resource Library and the "Notify the Attorney General (DC)" task. Updated the reporting email and contact information of the Attorney General in the "Notify the Attorney General (DC)" and the "Document Determination of No Harm (DC)" tasks. |

Peru | Updated this regulator to reflect the Regulation of Law No. 27933, Personal Data Protection Law. Specifically, updated the Resource Library and the language of the tool tip and added a link to the regulation. Added the "Notify the ANPD (Peru)" task with a timeframe of 48 hours. Updated the timeframe of the "Notify Affected Individuals (Peru)" task to 48 hours and the language to clarify the conditions and exemption of notification obligation. |
