The following regulators were updated in this release.

| Utah | Updated the Resource Library by including links to the Utah Consumer Data Privacy Act and the language in the "Notify the UT Consumers Individually" task by including permitted delay to issue notification to affected consumers at the request of a law enforcement agency. |
| Arkansas | Updated the Resource Library by replacing broken links with functional links and the "Notify AR Consumer Individually" task by including language reflecting occurrence of harm as a grounds to trigger notification to affected consumers |
| Florida | Updated the language in the "Notify the FL Consumers Individually" task by including occurrence of harm as grounds to trigger notification to consumers; the "Notify Credit Bureaus (FL)" task by including the threshold (more than 1000) required to trigger this notification task; and the "Notify FL Department of Legal Affairs" task by including additional information to be provided by an organization to the Florida Department of Legal Affairs regarding a data breach incident. |
| Virginia (Income Tax Preparers) | Updated the language in the “Notify Tax Department” task. Specifically, updated the required notice content. |
| Vermont (Data Brokers) | Updated the URL of Vermont Secretary of State website in the “Report Annually to the Secretary of the State” task. |
| Illinois (State Agencies) | Updated the Resource Library by replacing the outdated Information Security and Security Breach Notification Guidance with the current AG guidance on breach notification. Updated the language in the “Notify IL Consumers Individually” task regarding substitute notification and AG’s email address for breach reporting. |
| Texas person/entity/state agency | Updated the language in the “Notify the Department”, “Subsequent Notification to the Department”, and ”Notify Texas AG” tasks with some grammar corrections. |
| HIPAA/HITEACH | Updated the Resource Library by replacing the outdated table of penalty adjustments under Section 160.404 with the link to the current version. Updated the link to the definition of “covered entity” in the Tooltip. Updated the language in the “Notify [State] Consumers Individually” task by adding required notice content. |
| Moldova | Updated the Resource Library to reflect the latest amendments on relevant provisions of Law. No 133 on the Protection of Personal Data and updated the link to Law No. 133 in the Tooltip. |
| France (Remote Payment Cards) | Updated the URL of the Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 in the Resource Library and the Tooltip. |
| Guernsey | Updated the URL of The Office of the Data Protection Authority (ODPA) Guidance in the Resource Library. Updated the URLs of ODPA Guidance, online form for breach reporting, and ODPA website in the “Notify Supervisory Authority” task. |
