IBM® SPSS Statistics does not consistently process double-precision, floating-point numbers
Due the manner in which modern computer processors manage double-precision, floating-point numbers, SPSS® Statistics can at times process what would normally present as single decimal values as multiple decimal values (up to 15 decimals). To resolve this issue, you must use computed numeric values as the criterion for logical expressions. For a more detailed explanation of the problem, and the solution, refer to this IBM Support article.
