Scaling Stacked Elements to 100%
For charts with stacked graphic elements, you can choose whether the graphic elements are scaled by a calculated value or are scaled to 100%. If they are scaled by a value, the size of each stack varies depending on the statistic used for the y axis. So if the statistic is a count, a bar of 100 would be twice as tall as a bar of 50. If the graphic elements are scaled to 100%, all graphic elements extend to the same height. This is useful for highlighting category differences in each stack.

The option depends on whether the graphic elements are already scaled to 100%.
