Crosstabulation Table

The crosstabulation table suggests there is a relationship between customer level of education and subscribed services. Certain services, from Caller ID through 3-way calling, have approximately the same percentage of subscribers across the levels of education. Other services show roughly increasing percentages of subscribers with increasing levels of education. Lastly, No services shows roughly decreasing percentages with increasing levels of education.
