Using Life Tables to Examine Customer Time to Churn
As part of its efforts to reduce customer churn, a telecommunications company is interested in examining the "time to churn". To this end, a random sample of customers is selected and their time spent as customers, whether they are still active customers, and various demographic fields are pulled from the database.
