For these kinds of models, the Exp(B) column reports the change in the odds of a claim for a one-unit change in the predictor.

  • Each "extra" kilogram of weight increases the odds of a claim by a multiplicative factor of 1.090.
  • Smoking increases the odds by 3.550.
  • A history of cardiovascular disease increases the odds by 2.528.
  • A hazardous profession increases the odds by 4.193.
