Warnings

The warnings table notes that the variables doa and der are constant in the training sample. Patients who were dead on arrival or died in the emergency room have user-missing values on Length of stay. Since we are treating Length of stay as a scale variable for this analysis and cases with user-missing values on scale variables are excluded, only patients who lived past the emergency room are included.
