Parameter Estimates

You can make a couple of observations from the parameter estimates.
- With a significance of 0.143, there is not enough evidence to conclude that whether the mother was a smoker has an effect on the outcome.
- With significance values all below 0.05, the lower age categories, [age=1] through [age=3], are associated with a higher probability of wheezing. The high degree of overlap in the confidence intervals for these parameters suggests that they are equal.
