PLS

PLS is available in the Statistics Base Edition.

PLS is an extension command that requires the Python Extension Module to be installed on the system where you plan to run PLS. The PLS Extension Module must be installed separately and the installer can be downloaded from https://www.ibm.com/community/spss-statistics .

This command reads the active dataset and causes execution of any pending commands. See the topic Command Order for more information.

Syntax for the PLS command can be generated from the Partial Least Squares Regression dialog box.
