Running the Analysis
- To calculate RFM scores, from the menus choose:

- Select Help identify my best
contacts (RFM Analysis) and click Continue.
- In the Data Format dialog, click Transaction data and then click Continue.

- Click Reset to clear any previous
settings.
- For Transaction Date, select Purchase Date [Date].
- For
Transaction Amount, select Purchase Amount
[Amount].
- For Summary Method, select Total.
- For Customer Identifiers,
select Customer ID [ID].
- Then click the Output tab.

- Select (check) Chart of bin
counts.
- Then click OK to run the procedure.
