Supplementary

The Supplementary subtab provides output related to property variables, which are used for interpretation of the configuration but do not affect the optimization (unsupervised mapping).

Tables Properties

Option	Description
Original Properties	Displays the raw values of the property variables.
Transformed Properties	Shows the values after you apply optimal transformations.
Property Directions	Lists the directional vectors of properties in the configuration space (when applicable).

Graphs Properties

Select one or more properties from the list to generate the following graphs:

Option	Description
Biplot	Displays the object configuration with vectors for the selected property variables.
Tranformation	Shows the transformation of each selected property.
Residuals	Plots the difference between the transformed - fitted values versus the transformed values for selected properties.

Projection Plot displays a one-dimensional projection of objects in the common space on each of the properties separately.
