Data

In the Data tab, you can request output related to data: multivariate data, proximities, and weights.

Tables (Data)

Option	Description
Original Multivariate Data	Displays the raw values of the variables that are used to derive proximities.
Original Proximities	Displays proximities as provided directly by the user (if applicable).
Derived Proximities	Shows the proximities computed from the multivariate data for all sources.
Combined Proximities	Displays the aggregated proximities if multiple sources are combined.

Tables (Weights)

Option	Description
Original Weights	Lists the raw (user-provided) proximity weights that are used for each source.
Derived Weights	Provides lists of weights that are that are derived from the raw weights, the object case weights, missing data, and the weight function applied to the proximities.
Object (Case) Weights	Displays the weights applied per object (if specified).

Graphs (Data)

Proximities Histogram plots the distribution of proximity values across all sources.

Graphs (Weights)

Weights Histogram plots the distribution of proximity weights (if weights are provided or derived).
