Using GLM Multivariate to Profile Churners

As part of its efforts to reduce customer churn, a telecommunications company examines spending records of customers who did and did not churn in the past month. In particular, the company has separated the monthly bill into amounts spent on Long distance, Toll free, Equipment, Calling card, and Wireless services, and categorized the customers based upon their level of service (Basic, E-service, Plus, and Total).

This information is collected in telco.sav. See the topic Sample Files for more information. Use GLM Multivariate to determine whether there are differences in the amounts spent by churners vs. non-churners on each type of service, while accounting for customer service level.
