Obtaining a generalized linear mixed model

This feature requires Custom Tables and Advanced Statistics.

From the menus choose:

Analyze > Mixed Models > Generalized Linear Mixed Models

1. Define the subject structure of your dataset on the Variables dialog.
2. On the Target dialog, there must be a single target, which can have any measurement level, or an events/trials specification, in which case the events and trials specifications must be continuous. Optionally specify its Distribution and Link function, the Fixed Effects, and any Random Effects blocks, and Weight and Offset.
3. Click General or Estimation to specify optional build settings.
4. Click Save Fields to save scores to the active dataset and export the model to an external file.
5. Click Run Analysis to run the procedure and create the Model objects.
