Select Proportion of infected messages as the dependent
variable.
Select Hours since
detection as the independent variable.
Deselect Linear and select Cubic in the Models group.
Select Display ANOVA
Table.
Click Save.

Select Predicted values and Residuals in the Save Variables group.
Click Continue.
Click OK in the Curve Estimation dialog box.

The procedure alerts you to the number of
variables that will be created. One model times two variables to be
saved per model results in two saved variables.
