Special Considerations: Database Wizard

Select Tables dialog box. To select tables and fields, use the arrow keys to navigate the expandable/collapsible list of tables and fields. To select an entire table, use the up and down arrow keys to navigate to that table and press Enter to select that table. To select individual fields from a table, use the up and down arrow keys to navigate to that table, then click the right arrow key to expand the view to display the fields in that table. Then use the up and down arrow keys and the Enter key to select individual fields.

Specify Relationships dialog box. You can add joins using only the keyboard. Use the Tab key to navigate to the first table. Then use the Up and Down arrow keys to select a specific field in the table. Repeat the process for the second table. Then use the Tab key to move to the Join Type drop-down list and use the Up and Down arrow keys to choose a join type. Finally, press Tab and then press the spacebar when the Join button is selected.
