Running the Analysis
- To run a Life Tables analysis, from the menus
choose:
Figure 1. Life Tables main dialog box The time a customer has been with the company is measured in months, but you would like to see the life table by quarters.
- Select Months with service as the time variable.
- Type 60 as the maximum time interval to display and type 3 as the number of intervals to display by.
- Select Churn within last month as the status variable.
- Click Define Event.

- Click Continue.
- In the Life Tables dialog, select Customer category as a factor.
- Click Define Range.

- Click Continue.
- Click Options in the Life Tables dialog
box.

- Select Pairwise in the Compare Levels of First Factor group.
- Click Continue.
- Click OK in the Life Tables dialog box.
